Our Human Resources team supports all aspects of working life within the Diocese. It plays a central role in recruiting and welcoming new employees and supporting the wellbeing of staff. The team also oversees training and development, helping staff to grow in their roles and contribute effectively to the mission of the Diocese.

In addition, the Human Resources team ensures that all employment practices comply with current legislation and best practice. It works closely with colleagues across the Diocese, to provide consistent, professional support to employees and managers alike. Through this work, the team helps create a safe, supportive, and well-managed working environment for all.
